AM i eligible?

  • To be eligible, you must satisfy the required waiting periods listed below. The eligibility timeline begins at the close of your case. This could mean the date the last fine was paid, the date you were released from parole or probation, the date you were released from prison, or the date you finished your court requirements. You must make sure every charge and conviction on your record is eligible to be sealed.

  • This process does not apply to federal charges or out-of-state convictions/charges.

  • Pursuant to NRS 179.245(6), crimes against children, felony DUIs, sexual offenses, and home invasions with a deadly weapon cannot be sealed.

  • Individuals with a dishonorable discharge from Probation or Parole may apply to seal if otherwise eligible.
